Shipping Policy

All orders placed prior to 12pm Eastern time on a given day will ship that same day. We exclusively ship with USPS and tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder and ensure no email filters are active before contacting TFTESTKITS@GMAIL.COM for tracking information for your order. Refunds or replacements will be considered for items damaged in shipment or otherwise rendered unusable upon arrival.

Returns Policy

Returns of any product are available within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is not used, damaged, altered, or otherwise unable to be reused.  Call, text or email us (‪919-283-6035; TFTESTKITS@GMAIL.COM) and let us know you would like to return a product or products. Include your order number for faster response. Please note that if you received free shipping and you return an item, you will be financially responsible for shipping the return to us as well as for the shipping cost of your original order.

Financial information used for the placement of an order, including credit card or PayPal account information, is not stored after the order is processed and will not be shared with anyone.

Warranty Policy

TFtestkits guarantees all products sold for one (1) year from purchase. If you experience any issues with a product you purchase, contact us at TFTESTKITS@GMAIL.COM and we will help you troubleshoot, repair, or replace the item.
