Shipping Options.

We offer you some options for shipping via FedEx or United Stated Post Office

We generally recommend FedEx Home Delivery for  a complete kit to residential addresses.  They deliver Tuesday through Saturday and take 1-5 days to get to you depending on your proximity to North Carolina.

If you are ordering refills, USPS Priority mail is generally the least expensive and should get to you in 2-3 days anywhere in the 48 states

FedEx Priority Next Day by 10:30AM and FedEx Standard Next Day by 3:00PM or USPS Express Mail are available if time is critical.

Returns Policy

Returns are fairly simple.  Either call or email us and let us know you would like to return the unused kit to:

We'll issue you a Return Authorization number to put on the box.  Once we receive the kit, we'll re-issue your funds back in the way you paid for them (Credit Card, Check, or Paypal)

If you have opened the kit and used part of it and still want to return it, call us.
